Founded in 2006, the company is located at No. 317 Xingxing Avenue, Innovation Industrial Park, Suining City—the heart of the Sichuan-Chongqing economic belt. With a registered capital of 20 million yuan, the company occupies a factory site spanning 60 mu and features standard production facilities totaling 38,600 square meters. Specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of various types of printed circuit boards—including double-sided, multilayer, HDI, metal-core boards, and rigid-flex designs—the company boasts an annual production capacity of 3 million square meters of PCBs. Its products are widely used in industries such as home appliances, consumer electronics, automotive, industrial control, medical devices, and aerospace applications. Moreover, the company’s products are exported to numerous regions and countries across Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, with offices strategically established in East China, South China, Southwest China, and Central China.

CEM-3 is a composite-type copper-clad laminate. It meets FR-4 standards in terms of glass transition temperature, solderability, peel strength, water absorption, dielectric breakdown, insulation resistance, and UL ratings. However, unlike FR-4, CEM-3 has lower flexural strength and higher thermal expansion.
FR-4 is the designation for a flame-retardant grade of glass-fiber reinforced epoxy resin copper-clad laminate, indicating that the resin material is designed to self-extinguish once combustion has begun.
Single-sided aluminum substrate
Aluminum-based substrates offer excellent thermal dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, insulation properties, and machinability, making them ideal for surface-mounting power components—eliminating the need for bulky heat sinks and significantly reducing overall size.
Phenolic paper-based copper-clad laminates, used as the substrate for printed circuit boards, feature a flame-retardant rating of 94 HB.
