Job Responsibilities: 1. Independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, tracking progress, and monitoring post-launch performance metrics. 2. Additionally, oversee the execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets. 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and preferences, stay informed about competitor activities, and conduct competitive benchmarking analyses. 4. Based on the current operational landscape, streamline existing processes into productized workflows to enhance overall business efficiency.
