In response, Haiying Company swiftly mobilized its teams to ramp up anti-epidemic efforts. True leadership shines during challenging times—when faced with this unexpected outbreak, all Haiying employees, under the personal guidance and direct command of Chairman Tao, rallied together with unwavering confidence and determination to ensure victory against the virus. From clearly communicating pandemic policies to managing logistics, arranging food and accommodation for staff, ensuring timely delivery of essential防疫 supplies, enforcing strict internal safety protocols, and maintaining smooth production operations—every step was meticulously coordinated and executed as a unified team effort. Notably, in the days leading up to the outbreak, when local healthcare resources were severely strained, Chairman Tao personally stepped in to coordinate and deploy several company personnel to assist government agencies, actively supporting community health initiatives and contributing to society’s broader response.
Company防疫 workers, management staff, and employees woke up just after 5 a.m., began nucleic acid testing at 6 a.m., enjoyed breakfast by 7 a.m., and reported to their respective posts before 8 a.m. to diligently fulfill their duties.
