2015 has passed—looking back on the year, the company achieved outstanding results thanks to the united and collaborative efforts of everyone:
1. Work environment
In 2015, the company stepped up its environmental improvements, significantly enhancing the workplace environment. This included renovating the flooring in the second-floor workshop and installing numerous air-conditioning units to precisely control the workshop’s temperature. As a result, employees now enjoy comfortable working conditions—warm in winter and cool in summer—ensuring both their well-being and the consistent quality of the company’s products.
2. Workshop Renovation
In 2015, the layout of the second-floor workshop was completely renovated to streamline the flow of products across all workstations.
3. Add equipment
In 2015, the CNC workshop replaced a batch of advanced CNC drilling and milling machines, phasing out some outdated CNC drilling and milling units.
In 2015, a new single-sided automated production line was added, increasing the capacity of the front-end processes for single-panel boards by 66%.
4. Orders and Production
Orders in 2015 increased by 45% compared to 2014.
In 2015, production put into storage increased by 43% compared to 2014.
Especially after the automated line was successfully debugged, the company’s orders and production capacity both reached record highs in December—orders surged 129% year-on-year compared to December 2014, while output grew by 50% over the same period.
