On October 25–26, 2021, Meizhi’s quality expert Gu Benxiang visited Sichuan Haiying Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an audit and provide guidance. During the brief two-day period, Mr. Gu not only conducted in-depth on-site diagnostics and analyses but also delivered a comprehensive workshop on site diagnosis feedback and quality innovation training to all of Haiying Electronics’ key frontline personnel, helping to gradually shift and enhance their quality awareness across the board.

Expert Gu conducted training sessions for Haiying's core team, sharing successful case studies to help enhance management skills. During the workshop, expert Gu Benxiang used comparisons of outstanding examples to highlight areas where the factory colleagues could improve and identify their current shortcomings. After all, learning is a continuous journey. Gu Benxiang clearly emphasized the importance of cultivating "confidence, determination, and perseverance" when striving for improvement. Whether it’s implementing 5S site management, TPM practices, Kanban systems, container management, or handling non-conformities, everything must be standardized—and organized and carried out systematically according to a well-planned schedule.

Expert Gu Benxiang’s on-site guidance and training have greatly inspired the factory, while also igniting a strong enthusiasm for improvement among our colleagues. Following the training, everyone at the factory will enthusiastically dedicate themselves to enhancing quality even further.

The factory, addressing issues identified by expert diagnostics, was personally led by the Chairman, who immediately assigned responsibility and set a clear deadline for corrective actions. All departments actively mobilized to implement improvements, reporting daily on the progress of completion. To date, 52 items have been fully resolved, thanks to the efficient collaboration and collective efforts of every team member.
