Copper block thickness (Z): 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm
Tolerance for copper block dimensions: X/Y axis: ±50 µm; Z axis: ±30 µm
Height difference tolerance: ±30 µm
Minimum distance from copper block to conductor: 0.35 mm
